Service Terms

• Bookkeeping, Controller & CFO Services: A deposit retainer is required before work begins. Clients sign an ACH authorization for automatic periodic charges during onboarding.
• Payroll Services: A deposit retainer is required before work begins, with an ACH authorization for automatic periodic charges.
• Tax Preparation: A deposit retainer may be required before work begins. Returns are not filed until the invoice is paid in full. Payment plans are available upon request.

Cancellation

Retainer deposits for bookkeeping, tax, and payroll services are non-refundable upon cancellation. For details on subscription cancellation and refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

General Terms

• Entire Agreement. These terms represent the complete agreement and supersede prior communications. Modifications require written approval from authorized representatives of both parties.
• Independent Contractor. BooksCure LLC provides services as an independent contractor, not an employee. No partnership or fiduciary relationship exists.
• Notice. All notices are delivered via email or mail.
• Severability. Invalid provisions are severed; remaining terms remain enforceable.
• Confidentiality. We maintain strict confidentiality of client proprietary and financial information and never share or use it for personal benefit.
• Representations & Warranties. Both parties are authorized to enter the agreement. Services are performed per ethics standards and in compliance with local, state, and federal law.
