Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for services provided by BooksCure, a brand of BooksCure LLC.

Professional Services

Professional services, consulting, project work, and bookkeeping services are non-refundable. Retainer deposits collected before work begins are non-refundable upon cancellation.

Monthly Subscriptions

When you cancel a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current period; however, your subscription access and accompanying benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Call (866) 328-2516 or complete the Contact Us form to request a cancellation or eligible refund.
  • Credits can only be issued to the payment method used for the original purchase.
  • We will notify you by email regarding your refund. You should expect to receive an eligible refund within two weeks of approval, though in many cases it will be faster.
